  The people were all completely useless, we had to wait ten minutes to find the shoes my wife had picked out correct box Idk why they couldn't use one of the countless empty boxes we came across. Then on top of that my wife realized the shoe she had which was the only size supposedly considering how lost they all seemed there could have been some in the back. However they said they would do 10% or we could go to Oakland mall 15 miles away and "try" there I guess blind? I had picked out a pair of shoes and I had started stating the fact I felt we were being treated badly and the manager seemed to give me the feeling that she didn't care and that I could leave so I did when I asked the name she told me with attitude as if to say go ahead give us a bad review. We were going to spend 120 or so which isn't a lot but they missed out by not even trying to make our experience better. The stuff is cheap for a reason I suppose truly a terrible and uncomfortable experience.
