  We have a decent price on our car and home, but if you ever have to talk to them forget it! They never answer their phone always have to leave a message and maybe hours or days later you might get a call back. They never go over your policy for renewal or try to get lower price.

  I have my own personal insurance with Frankenmuth through Brown and Brown. My agent is very knowledgeable and I had a great experience
