  They worked with us when we were signing my mom up and the facility was fine while she lived there but it all changed when due to health she left. The Sterling Heights, MI facility initially calculated the final bill but corporate either didn't get the information or just is trying to steal from old people and billed us 5 times the amount. Sterling Heights will not talk with us and after a search we found the corporate phone number to try and resolve this. A family who has just lost their mother should not have to go through this!
